Who are the talents?
Hi, I’m Aash Jain, and I co-founded City & Talent with a vision to empower the hospitality and travel industries through impactful SEO strategies that deliver exceptional ROI. Here’s how we make it happen:
We only accept collaboration with talents through a vetting process. Not necessarily, you need to possess the best of the skillsets. What we look for in Talents is attitude and hunger for learning. Please read the details here – Pro-vetting Process.
If you meet our criteria, we welcome you on board as a Talent. We teach you various skill sets and introduce you to the tools required for marketing. We also expose you to real-time projects under the supervision of a trained Talent or an Account Manager.
No. In fact, you will be paid for your work on real-time projects.
Depending on your skillsets, our Project Managers will assign work to you along with all the required details and scope of work.
Once you complete a project and the client approves it. We release your payment within seven working days, even if it is delayed from the client to us.
Although we are not a job consultancy agency, our clients sometimes take our recommendations for full-time resources. We will be happy to suggest your name if you meet the job criteria.

Who are the members of your Advisory Council?
The Advisory Council comprises industry professionals from the corporate, creative background, start-up founders, investors, and social impact spheres to mentor the Talent for their grooming and growth.
As a mentor, you share knowledge and wisdom of the industry with the talents through a workshop on the specific subject of your expertise. Talents can learn hacks, tips, tricks and general guidelines from you.
No, these are For-Good programs to support community talents and are not paid. Neither do we pay our mentors, nor do we charge the talents for these workshops. The objective of the Advisory Council is to give back the knowledge to society and help transform peoples’ lives by creating job opportunities.
The performing Talents are given live projects of our retainer partners brands or other allied partners. We also publish a bi-annual impact report and share it with all the stakeholders.
Absolutely not! The Advisory Council is a body that promotes opportunities in remote community and help in transforming peoples’ lives. Conducting a workshop for these talents has the same effect as writing a knowledge article on LinkedIn on Medium.
